For a long time, I poured everything I had into growing my business. Telling other people’s stories. Showing up for everyone else. And somewhere in the mix, mine got a bit lost.

Between motherhood, running a business, and keeping all the plates spinning, I told myself I was fine. That this is just what it takes. But the truth? You can only pour from an empty cup for so long.

Eventually, I realised that if I wanted my business to grow in a way that actually felt good, I had to start with myself. That meant setting boundaries. Saying no. Backing myself, even when it felt uncomfortable.
